Fly Circus performance at the P.A.C.'s recent à la cARTe event

It was on Friday, October 4th that Fly Circus & Aerial Arts had the opportunity to partake in an exciting and new fundraising event, à la cARTe held at the Fox Cities P.A.C. People got to enjoy a "diverse range of live arts experiences walking through the many spaces used by favorite artists and Broadway performers." These behind-the-scenes spaces included the loading dock, backstage hallways, dressing rooms and Thrivent Hall’s impressive stage. There was live music, visual performances, not to mention, complimentary sweet and savory bites and signature mocktails from Heirloom Kitchen Catering and Crazy Sweet. Food trucks were on hand as well as interactive activities like karaoke and a spy-inspired activity with The Building for Kids Children's Museum. Via the à la cARTe event website, "All funds raised during à la cARTe! support mission-based initiatives that unite our community through inspiring performances and programs." Fly Circus coaches performed on Lyra and Hammock in the Kimberly-Clark Theatre alongside Pop Orchestra Duo-Fox Valley Symphony and later in the evening was singer and piano player, Jennifer Harlee. It was a great honor to perform to their beautiful music.

The last time you may have seen Fly Circus & Aerial Arts at the Fox Cities P.A.C. was back in March of 2023 for the Cirque Alfonse-Animal pre-show. Cirque Alfonse is a "young circus company from Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez in the province of Quebec, established in 2005." The company consists of a team of professional acrobats, a professional dancer, an ex-skiing champion and three talented and versatile musicians. "With Animal, Cirque Alfonse takes us on a journey of discovery through a series of slightly surreal farm fables served up with a touch of irreverence, impressive virtuosity and the company’s familiar comic touch. In this re-invented agricultural world, the farm is turned upside down and the barn turned inside out!" Starting in November of this year, Cirque Alfonse will be touring in many locations in France.

From the Fly Circus & Aerial Arts website and ownership team, "The Fly Circus Performance team is available for special performances and pop-up aerial fitness and pole fitness class events! We are able to travel to perform for fundraisers, specialty art fairs and markets, wellness fairs and more! We can also host pop-up events such as Yoga, Barre or Stretchy n' Flexy classes at your location!" Keep us in mind for your next event or pop-up event.
