About the Event
Want to try aerial but not sure where to start?! In this 90 minute class you will get to try pole fitness, lyra, silks and aerial hammock! The coaches will show you a few tricks on each apparatus so that you can see and experience all that aerial has to offer!
Ages 15+
What to wear: Leggings and fitted tank top or tshirt. No metal on clothing (snaps, zippers, etc...). Please remove all jewelry prior to class.
Cost: Free for Members / $40 Non Members
